conhecimento das experiências
desenvolvidas por diferentes
instituições em todos
os níveis ensino, do
1º ciclo do ensino básico
ao ensino pós-graduado,
e promover o diálogo
sobre as modalidades

Players/Agents in learning
|
|
|
| Summary: |
The Web 2.0 brings
new challenges to educational
and training systems
as well as to informal/non
formal learning. Passive
learners become active
players. This «movement»
increases when we face
the organization as
a learning scenario.
The new learning actors
emerge with the leadership
support and the organizational
conditions to transfer
knowledge, skills and
competences. Learners
and trainers are mixed
together and sometimes
they permute their roles.
The new learning can
be more interactive,
collaborative, cooperative,
online. Digital portfolios
and learning in the
new age.
- What
are the critical skills
in a Web 2.0 world?
- Who are the web 2.0
learners and how to
empower them to take
full advantage of their
learning network?
- Which new roles are
to be played by Actors

O Ensino a Distância

hoje como espaço
de múltiplas
metodologias de aprendizagem.
A Educação

Como organizar a Educação

Estruturar Um Processo De
Inovação Empresarial Com Recurso
Ao Método De Resolução Criativa
De Problemas |
|
|
| Summary: |
O método RCP (Resolução
Criativa de Problemas),
permite tomar decisões
sobre problemas complexos,
simplificando-os e garantindo,
simultaneamente, a sua
análise sob uma diversidade
de pontos de vista,
enriquecendo a procura
das melhores soluções.
Mediante o recurso a
determinadas ferramentas
de trabalho, coordenadas
por uma liderança ajustada
ao método, consegue-se
potenciar o desenvolvimento
da imaginação (na fase
divergente), permitindo
depois (na fase convergente),
escolher as melhores
opções entre as geradas
em cada etapa do processo.
É um método dirigido
à promoção da inovação
na empresa e é, também,
uma forma de implicar
os membros do grupo
na decisão tomada e,
assim, melhorar a ligação
entre os indivíduos
e a organização a que
pertencem.
Durante este workshop
os participantes irão
definir um problema
comum e com base na
decisão, estabelecer
um plano de acção. Será
utilizado o método RCP
(Resolução Criativa
de Problemas), dirigido
à promoção da inovação
na empresa e à implicação
dos membros do grupo
na decisão tomada. Ver

Marketing has changed.
The advent of new technology,
new tools and ways of
communicating, is forcing
people to rethink about
how to get their messages
through.
The Internet is becoming
a lot more relationship-focused,
we are in the age of
one-to-one marketing,
where the customer actually
plays an important role
in shaping the messaging
for a brand. The consumer
is no longer a mere
spectator. That allows
a firm to acquire consumer
information effectively.
Social Media, such as
blogs, Twitter, Facebook,
You Tube, Wikis, can
now give the industry
all that they need to
know whether their products

in the marketplace.
